In den letzten Tagen hat die Wirkung des Coronavirus zugenommen, und die Wahrnehmung seiner wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen, gewiss, sowie seine Quantifizierung, ist noch lange nicht klar. Es stimmt, dass wir es mit einer globalen Pandemie zu tun haben, die uns alle unweigerlich betrifft – Menschen und Unternehmen.

Daher stehen Unternehmen noch vor wenigen Wochen vor schwer vorhergesehenen Herausforderungen. Unser Ziel bei Moneris war es immer, Unternehmer und Unternehmen zu unterstützen, und das ist unser Engagement, das im gegenwärtigen Kontext und in der Zeit der Ungewissheit gestärkt wird.

Allen unseren Kunden, unseren Partnern und der globalen Gemeinschaft, die auf verschiedene Weise mit uns zusammenarbeitet, möchten wir unsere aufrichtige Unterstützung und Solidarität zum Ausdruck bringen und sicherstellen, dass wir in den kommenden Wochen alles in unserer Macht Stehende tun werden, um gemeinsam zu navigieren. in diesem unruhigen sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Moment.

Bei Moneris sind wir bestens darauf vorbereitet, kontinuität in der Unterstützung unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten, und die Umsetzung von Eindämmungs- und Präventionsmaßnahmen für COVID-19 ist im Gange, nämlich:

Förderung von Fernarbeit, wann immer möglich.
Kommunikation und Überwachung von Cloud-Diensten und technologischen Infrastrukturen.
Bereitstellung von VPN für den Remote-Zugriff auf it-Verwaltungssysteme.
Die Teams, multidisziplinär und geografisch verteilt, sind bereit, das Fehlen einiger Kollegen anzunehmen.
Beschränkung von Binnen- und Auslandsreise- und Reiseverboten in die am stärksten betroffenen Länder.
Die Treffen werden vorzugsweise mit Telefonkonferenz oder Videokonferenz abgehalten, aber wenn das persönliche Treffen unvermeidbar ist, ist die Beschränkung auf 6 Personen beschränkt.
Alle für März und April geplanten Veranstaltungen und Schulungen wurden verschoben oder abgesagt.
Bericht und Informationen über das Risikoverhalten, nämlich: Auslandsreisen, Kontakt oder Interaktion mit infizierten Personen, Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen.
Quarantänemaßnahmen werden in folgenden Situationen angewandt: Wenn Symptome einer Atemwegsinfektion auftreten, wenn Sie in eines der Länder gereist sind, in denen eine hohe Exposition gilt, wenn Sie mit COVID-19-Trägern in Kontakt stehen oder waren, wenn Sie sind oder waren in Kontakt mit jemandem, der sich in einem dieser Länder mit hoher Exposition aufgehalten hat.
Isolationsraum: In allen unseren Büros wurde eine Isolationszone identifiziert, wenn ein Mitarbeiter oder Kunde (der sich in unseren Einrichtungen befindet) isoliert wird, der epidemiologische Anzeichen und Symptome aufweist, die mit COVID-19 kompatibel sind.
Stärkung der Hygienemaßnahmen und der Atmungsetikette.

Unsere Teams stehen Ihnen weiterhin auf engagierte Weise zur Seite, und die zu verwendenden Mittel sollten an den Kontext angepasst werden, um persönliche Besprechungen zu minimieren und telefon- oder Videoanrufkontakte zu fördern.

COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan

Dear customers, partners and friends,

In recent days, the impact of coronavirus has increased and the perception of its economic effects, being certain, as well as its quantification, is still far from clear. It is true that we are dealing with a global pandemic that affects all of us inevitably – people and businesses.

As such, companies face difficult-to-anticipate challenges just a few weeks ago. At Moneris, our goal has always been to support entrepreneurs and companies, and this is our commitment reinforced in the current context and conjuncture of uncertainty.

To all our customers, our partners and the global community, which works with us in various ways, we would like to express our sincere support and solidarity and ensure that we will do everything we can to navigate together in the coming weeks, in this troubled social and economic moment.

At Moneris, we are fully prepared to ensure continuity in support to our customers, and the implementation of containment and prevention measures for COVID-19 is ongoing, namely:

Promotion of remote work whenever possible.
Communication and monitoring of cloud services and technological infrastructures.
Provision of VPN for access to it management systems remotely.
The teams, multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed, are prepared to assume the absence of some colleagues.
Limitation of internal and external travel and travel bans to the most affected countries.
The meetings will preferably be held using conference-call or video conference, but if the face-to-face meeting is unavoidable, limitation to 6 people.
All events and training scheduled for March and April have been postponed or cancelled.
Report and information regarding risk behaviors, namely: trips abroad, contact or interaction with infected person, participation in events.
Quarantine measures are being applied in the following situations: if there are symptoms of respiratory infection, if you have travelled to one of the countries considered to have high exposure, if you are or have been in contact with COVID-19 carriers if you are or have been in contact with someone who has been in one of these high exposure countries.
Isolation space: an isolation zone has been identified in all our offices, in case of isolating an employee or client (who is in our facilities) who has epidemiological signs and symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
Strengthening of hygiene measures and respiratory etiquette.

Our teams will remain available to be at your side in a committed way, and the means to be used should be adapted to the context, minimizing face-to-face meetings and fostering telephone or video call contact.

With these measures, and others that are being evaluated continuously, we guarantee our customers the continuity and quality of the service provided by Moneris.

Nos últimos dias, o impacto do coronavírus aumentou e a perceção dos seus efeitos económicos, sendo certos, assim como a sua quantificação, está ainda longe de ser clara. Certo é que estamos a lidar com uma pandemia global que afeta todos nós de forma inevitável – pessoas e empresas.

As empresas enfrentam, como tal, desafios dificilmente antecipáveis há apenas poucas semanas atrás. Na Moneris, o nosso objetivo sempre foi o de apoiar os empresários e as empresas, sendo este o nosso compromisso reforçado no atual contexto e conjuntura de incerteza.

A todos os nossos clientes, aos nossos parceiros e à comunidade global, que trabalha connosco de várias maneiras, gostaríamos de expressar nosso sincero apoio e solidariedade e dar a garantia de que faremos tudo o que pudermos para juntos navegar as próximas semanas, neste conturbado momento social e económico.

Na Moneris, estamos totalmente preparados para garantir a continuidade no apoio aos nossos clientes, estando em curso a implementação de medidas de contenção e prevenção relativamente ao COVID-19, nomeadamente:

Promoção do trabalho remoto, sempre que possível.
Comunicação e monitorização dos serviços cloud e infraestruturas tecnológicas.
Disponibilização da VPN para acesso aos sistemas informáticos de gestão remotamente.
As equipas, multidisciplinares e geograficamente dispersas, estão preparadas para assumir a ausência de alguns colegas.
Limitação nas deslocações internas e externas e proibição de viagens para os países mais afetados.
As reuniões serão realizadas preferencialmente com recurso à conference-call ou vídeo conferência, mas caso a reunião presencial seja incontornável, limitação a 6 pessoas.
Todos os eventos e formações agendados para março e abril foram adiados ou cancelados.
Relato e informação relativamente a comportamentos de risco, nomeadamente: viagens para o exterior, contacto ou interação com pessoa infetada, participação em eventos.
Estão a ser aplicadas medidas de quarentena nas seguintes situações: caso haja sintomas de infeção respiratória, caso tenha viajado para um dos países considerados de exposição elevada, caso esteja ou tenha estado em contacto com portadores do COVID-19, caso esteja ou tenha estado em contacto com alguém que tenha estado num destes países de exposição elevada.
Espaço de isolamento: foi identificada em todos os nossos escritórios uma zona de isolamento, para a eventualidade de isolar um colaborador ou cliente (que se encontre nas nossas instalações) que tenha sinais e sintomas epidemiológicos compatíveis com o COVID-19.
Reforço das medidas de higiene e etiqueta respiratória.

As nossas equipas permanecerão disponíveis para estar ao seu lado, de forma empenhada, sendo que os meios a utilizar deverão ser adaptadas ao contexto, minimizando-se as reuniões presenciais e fomentando o contacto telefónico ou por videochamada.

Com estas medidas, e outras que estão a ser avaliadas em contínuo, garantimos aos nossos clientes a continuidade e qualidade do serviço prestado pela Moneris.
